One Stop Furniture

Over the last four years I have bought three mattresses, one dresser, one file cabinet and a jewelry armoire from One Stop Furniture. I keep going back there because of there large selection and it was easy to get credit there to make my purchases. I see that One Stop Furniture has had two complaints in the Thirteen years they have been in business. I don't know nature of the complaints but my experience has been great shopping at their store. Everyone knows me by my first name and they have always gone beyond my expectations to help locate and order what I'm looking for.

Review: I purchused a 2pc sectional with ottoman on 2/28/14 for $599.00 well there was a factory defect so I took it back I got another sectional again there was a defect now my third has a decfect at this point I just would like my money backDesired Settlement: I would like to be refunded so I can do bussiness elsewhere

Thank you for forward the consumer message to us. Before we even received this message we got a notification from Mr. Vasquez expressed that he wanted to buy a sofa set from his friend and he would like to return the sectional which he bought from us on March 5, 2014. He showed us 2 body indentations on the cushions which he thought it was defective. He requested for the refund and we promptly gave him a refund on August 12, 2014. Thank you very much for your concern.

I am rejecting this response because I only recieved $469.00 I feel I should get all $600.00 back that I paid since the sectional was factory defects thank you for your assistence.
