Review: Called to have the chain on my garage door repaired. Before the tech came the motor worked fine. All I needed was the chain installed and reconnected. After "[redacted]" the tech installed the chain the motor stopped working and "[redacted]" the tech explained that the motor needed to be replaced for $350. I knew the motor was fine because he even tested in front of me before he made the repair to the chain. I told him not to touch anything and just leave as is. Another company came the following day and explained that the wires had been crossed as to make the motor stop working. The tech stated there was nothing wrong with the motor, reconnected the wires and the motor is working fine. I called One Stop Garage several times and was told the manager was in a meeting each time.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $103.19, the cost of having the 2nd company come and repair the damage "[redacted]" the tech did from the first company.
