Ms*** did not have proper insurance coverage for her home. I had to file disputes with her mortgage and insurance companies on her behalf I have a contract for $15,with her. The city has already done their clean up. I have gone to bat for her and did not receive
any money. She claims to have a neighbor of hers have a dispute with me, but the reason for that is the neighbor did not pay me. My nephew who worked for me for a short time I had to fire Ms*** is upset with me and wants a lien waiver because her insurance company is demanding this. Please keep in mind I have not been paid so therefore cannot release the lien waiver. I reconsidered this option and decided to giver her insurance company, Statewide, a copy of the lien waiver. She is mad at me for no reason. I fought for her with the insurance company and they did not give her the coverage she expectedI do not want her as a client anymore I sent the lien waiver the same day she filed this complaint

minutes. We came there, took the debris down and it was quick and fast. The lady put $100 down because she did not have all the money. She told us to come back at 12 o'clock but when we did she never went to the bank yet. When we did this she tried to negotiate down because she felt the work was too quick so she deserved a discount. We said no, ma'am we agreed on $200 to do this. I got a little ticked. She finally gave me the additional $100. She wanted a receipt and she said we were ripping her off, and she got ignorant. I told her I was not here to argue, I want my money and to leave. Later that evening, I put the receipt in her mail box. She did call me and say she did not receive it, and we said it is in your mail box and she said I want a refund for the work and money for the metal you sent to the junk yard. I told the woman that we did not get money for this junk metal, and I would take her to the metal company to have her get the information.

I have hired an attorney, [redacted], and we are suing this customer for all of these fraudulent claims.  She received insurance money and ran off with it.
