One Stop Landscaping

Review: On March 29, 2013 I was notified by One stop landscaping that they will no longer be able to service my lawn via phone message. I listen to the messgae the following day 3/29/13 however; I had already paid one stop landscaping for the April services check number (XXXX) in the amount of $81.25 . I contacted the company and informed them that the check has already been mailed out. I was informed that they would send the check back if they did not cash the check or refund my money back. On April 10th I contact the business owner [redacted] via text message to let him know that my check was cashed and cleared on March 29th 2013, and I would like a refund. Mr. [redacted] sent me a text message April 10th 2013 at 7:19am back stating "understood it will be mailed asap" On April 22nd 2013 I sent Mr. [redacted] another text to let him know that I did not receive my refund in the amount of $81.25 and gave him my address via text message at 4:18pm April 22, 2013. I did not receive a response back from Mr. [redacted] as of today May 3, 2013. If you need documentation of the text messages and or the date of the check clearing my bank I have no proplem submitting if necessary. I am able to show were I had to hire another landscaper and the payment in which I had to pay Mr. Hernandez for his April 2013 service.Desired Settlement: I would like a check refunded to me in the amount of $81.25 for no services rendered for April 2013.

As of June 9, 2013, I have not received a response from one stop landscaping, concerning my complaint nor my request of a refund in the amount of $81.25. I truly believe this is a dishonest company. [redacted]

My deepest apologies to this client for the inconvenience. Honestly this complaint slipped thought the cracks during the busy season. My company was scaling back on the areas that we were servicing to better care for our customers in our main service area. We unfortunately terminated service with many clients, issued refunds or finished out our service contracts. Again my deepest apologies to this client who was lost. I will gladly refund the amount mentioned. Please contact me with the needed information so that I may issue a check.
