tenant that filed this complaint was upset because we asked her to move due to the condition she was keeping the property in. We gave her a six month notice this property was going to be listed on the market for sale. She was told she could remain in the home on a month to month lease when her lease expired if she chose to remain. We document everything we do with pictures and letters to tenants. We strive to keep our properties repaired so that they remain a safe environment for all of our tenants. I have documented the repairs for the property in question with pictures and invoices over the last twenty four months.
