overcharged us, sloppy work, left bolts out.They said our air conditioner needed cleaning. They removed it, did not even clean it. Instead of ordering the gaskets to mount the air conditioner they put on a sealant I now have to pay $800!to be removed. They left bolts off the unit which caused water damage to my floor. They come across as nice and respectful, but they totally ripped us off. They were to fix a water leak which took them three try's, then they put s sealant around my airstream that completely ruined its value and finish. When the problems were brought to their attention nicely their hole attitude changed. Desired SettlementThey should pay camping world the $750 they are charging to remove the sticky gunk around my air conditioner, I would not trust them to touch my camper. As far as the sealant they put around the camper, what is done can't be fixed. My camper will never look the same. They are stating we removed the a/c from unit. Our records show on the receipt nothing about removing the unit from trailer nor does it show that we put any gunk around the a/c. We cleaned the inner and outer on the trailer. By doing that we did not have to remove any bolts. There were 6 other jobs on the ticket which totaled $739.93 with tax. We have a 90 day warranty on all labor/workmanship. This is stated on the receipt. The next time they came in was 5/12/14. They had a list of six things they wanted us to look at. One of the things they wanted us to look at was there sealants all the way around trailer. They were all bad. We resealed all of this. During that same visit Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] showed us were they had water damage on floor. They asked us to figure up how much it would cost to fix the damage. Once we came up with an estimate and a figure of $6,498.65 they said lets file it with their insurance. They started a claim and called us with the claim number. We filed the estimate with their insurance company "ALFA Claim# MXXXXXXXXXX" for a total of $6,498.65. After faxing in the estimate to their insurance company we followed up on this and the insurance company approved the work to be done and cut the check for the total amount minus their deductible. We never saw the trailer to do the work so we don't even know if the work was done or were the check was. We charge a $210.00 estimate fee just like other RV places around here. If we do the work it is voided if we don't do the work the customer is responsible for the $210.00 fee. We never got paid for that estimate. Mr. [redacted] came back 09/03/14 to have his entry door handle resealed which we did. Mr. [redacted] picked up unit and said that looks great thank you. We have not heard from the [redacted]'s since 09/03/14. With all this information,all the signed receipts, and the estimate that was approved and not knowing if work was done or not One Stop RV will not be paying Camping World $750 for removing sealants around A/C unit. Also in the RV world having your A/C unit cleaned is a once a year maintenance along with having your seals looked at. In over two and a half years in business we have not had a complaint. We have hundreds of customers that are repeat happy customers.
