Business Response to a Complaint Complaint ID#: [redacted] Company Name: One Stop Service Center Company Contact: [redacted] Company Phone: [redacted] Company Email: Person Who Sent the Complaint: [redacted] Staff Member: Response: [redacted] brought her car in the shop for repair, after we looked at her car we advised the customer to change the following.Tire Rod, sway Bar Link, Headlight, Spindle, Bumper and the CV Axleand we told her we might be able to save the CV AxleSo she gave me the Permission to do whats necessary to fix her vehiclealso she said shes going to buy the Spindle and bring it for us to install it for her, after approximately an hour she calls the shop and tells me to buy the Spindle and install it on her vehicleShe also didn't want to buy a new bumper and asked me to putt the old one back together, but I have advised her that the bumper is not going to be perfect and she told me its OK as long as its back onand as for her tie alignment every car would need an alignment after the tie rod gets replacedand she asked me to check her ABS and Traction Control and I did as she askedHer Vehicle needed a sensor in the steering column and I told her that we don't do that in are shopWe installed and fixed everything we agreed on, on her vehicleJob outcome: installed the following 1- Tire Rod and Spindle ( all cars require wheel alignment after installationwhich we don't do wheel alignments)2- Bumper ( I putt back her old bumper after advising the customer its not going to look perfect )3-Sway Bar Link4-HeadlightFinally I checked her Traction and ABS warning light, and told her she needs a sensor in the steering columnAnd that we don't do that job as it requires special programmingSent on: 7/18/4:11:PM Sent by:
