there is a part on back order with Samsungwe are waiting so he is waitinghe has also written other complaints (listed below) with the same copy & paste methodthis is also the repetitive way he has treated the office staff, expecting daily updates on a back ordered part#'S:

I went for five months without a proper working washing machine The first repair took 1/weeks After receiving the machine, the bearings went out A call was made and they said to keep using the machine and they would reorder the parts The machine made so much noise it sounded like a train It took months to get the parts of which were again wrong Again I waited for 1/weeks without a machine This company's web site guarantees 100% satisfaction Having paid $500+ for this repair, I spoke to the manager requesting a refund and he could keep the machine He was extremely arrogant, belligerent and would not listen to reason Trying to reason with this gentlemen was impossible with all his yelling After a yelling conversation with my husband he said he would send us a check of which we are still waiting

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMr*** (owner) plea/offer (?) is rejected for the following reasons:
Despite "One Stop" receiving over $400.00, over a six (6) week period, the original problem (refrigerator section freezing its contents) remains, unchanged. I no longer have any confidence in "One Stop" or its owner to provide the service requested or, for that matter, the truth. examples: Due to my insistence of factory parts/service, (Samsung) I was assured, on my initial call to "One Stop", that they were an authorized Samsung service repnote: Authorized Samsung Service Reps have ready access, an "#" call away, to Samsung's North American Technical Service Center staffed with techs/engineers to aide the local field tech in a correct diagnosis and rapid repairPart orders are directed to the factory, rather than an outlet or warehouseIf the part isn't in stock, they make/ship it. Subsequent inquiries to Samsung North America found that Samsung does not recognize "One Stop" as an authorized service rep. Mr*** correctly recalls my repetitious phone calls, but wisely, fails to mention their natureMy "daily planner" (have kept one for years) lists phone calls and face to face requests with the owner to establish some form of status reportsEach and every time it was agreed to"One Stop" personnel has called me twice in weeks, one call from ***, (don't know his position) to verify the ordering of a printed circuit board @ $265.00.(later found Samsung retails the same for $107.00) and the second call from the owner (Mr***) minutes after informing the receptionists of unavoidable future court proceedings which resulted in more promises that were typically, later ignored. To the owner: It may be possible that you have overlooked the principal that your customers have the right to expect you to provide your services within a reasonable amount of timeSix weeks repair time to the Space Shuttle is completely acceptable, but weeks efforts on a year old one family residential refrigerator that has yet to address the initial problem is not a reasonable amount of timeThis has been a very unpleasant experience for both of usI urge you to cut your loses and accept my termsYou wouldn't discuss my previous attempt to a partial refund, labor only, which is now, parts and laborIt's not going to get any better and I have no intention of abandoning this issueBelieve, this would be a bad time to test the veracity of MY WORDLet's put this thing behind us

T came out to look at my dryer and washer. I though there was problem with both but T had narrowed it down to only being with the washer. He had the part I needed in my truck and I have not had any issue since! I have had him recommended to several friends who they have all used and had good experiences with as well. Additionally I do live far from where he is located and it is always nice he drives out when ever I need him and always comes with in several days of me calling.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Regards,

If I had checked with the Revdex.com beforehand and saw that this repair shop had only one star, I would have never used One Stop Appliance Repair. Trampas J[redacted] was totally rude and inept. I called him to fix my Samsung dishwasher which had shown a 5e error code. This is a standard error code meaning that the dishwasher hose is clogged. He came out the next day and charged almost $400 for 10 minutes of service. The dishwasher still had the same error code after he left and was not fixed. I had called him back about it still being broke and he became irate. He basically told me that because the dishwasher racks were out before he came, that must have been the real cause of the problem. That's right... he tried to blame the customer because he's totally incompetent of fixing an appliance and he knows it. He's a liar and a cheat. He finally called back after 2 weeks of repeated calls and said he was not going to come back. He also said we were being jerks for even calling him back. That's right, he literally called us jerks on the phone. So long story short, we had to go through the bank to put in a dispute on this charge and it took another week to get the money back. Do yourself a favor and save the headache and find somebody that is proud of their work and backs it with a hundred percent guarantee.

I went for five months without a proper working washing machine. The first repair took 2 1/2 weeks. After receiving the machine, the bearings went out. A call was made and they said to keep using the machine and they would reorder the parts. The machine made so much noise it sounded like a train. It took 3 months to get the parts of which were again wrong. Again I waited for 2 1/2 weeks without a machine. This company's web site guarantees 100% satisfaction. Having paid $500+ for this repair, I spoke to the manager requesting a refund and he could keep the machine. He was extremely arrogant, belligerent and would not listen to reason. Trying to reason with this gentlemen was impossible with all his yelling. After a yelling conversation with my husband he said he would send us a check of which we are still waiting.
