We are responding to your letter alerting the company about Ms*** dissatisfaction with the service installation of her tire on 1/1/We are never happy to hear that a customer is dissatisfiedWe offer day warranty that covers leaks as a means of protection for the customer.We were
not informed that there was a problem with the tire leakingWe were not given an opportunity to rectify the problem.Respectfully,One Stop Tire & Battery
