I purchased a coupon to travel with this co When submitted my first request I received an email that was in alignment to their guidelines and their own fine print But I had to resubmit my request due to my dates being unavailable for travelingThe second email that I received broke the companies own fine print 1) they asked for more money then is stated in their fine print 2) the gave me LESS then hours to make the payment 3) when asking about other locations I was told nothing was available, but they all were when checked for availability online 4) only the most expensive location was available and never on my dates provided for travel I understand that some people are direct and come off rude, but the meer fact that this company was breaking their own rules is inexcusable People should be aware of this
