My name is [redacted] ***, I am the store manager of Onestop WirelessWe have been in business for more than yearsOnestop Wireless has been repairing phones for about half of the life span of the businessBeing experienced with cell phones, my staff and I are very well knowledge when it comes to selling a phone, activating a Bring Your Own Phone (BYOP), and knowing the basics operation of the software the cell phones containMonday-Friday we have a certified technician on hand to service any customer that comes into the store with a problem with any electronic deviceWhen a customer is in need of repairing an electronic device we give them a quote and if the customer is satisfied with the quote we order the part that is needed to repair the electronic deviceHowever, some customers already have the part that is needed to get there electronic device repaired but it just needs to be installedAfter we give the quote to the customer for the part installation and the customer is satisfied with the quote we notify the customer that for any reason "if the part you have asked us to install is defective or a nonoperative part Onestop wireless is not responsible for the inconvenience of the part"After installing the part, the technician does various testing to make sure that the electronic device is working probably and to make sure the part is not defective or a non-operative partIf for some reason the part is defective or a non-operative part we contact the customer IMMEDIATELY to notify them that the part they have provided us is a defective or a non-operative partThe customer had the phone for about a week then came in about the problem of a CRACKED SCREENThe customer said they placed it gently on a table and it cracked "that is not possible in any way shape or form" The warranty specifies if any defect of a screen not a broken screen Thank you

I understand that the owner is either confusing us with another customer or is misrepresenting the truthThe very next day, the phone was returned to the store & made clear that the phone was not workingWhen speaking with someone, they could not hear me at allAlso calls would get droppedWe mentioned that we had the page plus service with other previous iphones & had no problems where we livedMy mom did mention a flip phone trying to explain that our phones all worked well with page plusThe signal was not the issue but the phone itself was not workingMy mom took the phone in to the store & the owner was not there, in fact we never saw himThe manager kept telling us there was nothing he could do for us & that we had to speak to the owner becasue he had the last wordWe asked to speak to the owner & had us come back laterWe came back several timesWe even left the phone over night one time so they could test it outThey claimed to have come to the area where we lived & tested it but we never gave them an addressWe said we lived on ave b that goes towards the prison not that we lived in SanluisWe brought it home and tested & basically it was not functionalThe manager said we had to make an appointmentI called & asked to make an appointmentHe changed & said that they didn't make appointments for those kind of thingsI asked if I could have the owners phone number and then told me he was the manager but I still needed to talk to the owner because he couldn't do anythingthey continued to avoid usAbout never receiving complaints, I know personally others who have had issues with their phones & given the same treatment not exchanging phone or returning moneyOn google and yahoo reviews you will see several complaints on their phonesAlso, telling us they could replace it with a Galaxy Phone was simply not trueWe were never offered that optionWe were just told that they could do nothing & left us with a non working phone.?

I have since the original complaint filed a case with the Discover card my mom used to pay for my phone and Discover has credited our account back and will dispute the matter with One Stop WirelessBut I still wanted to issue my complaint because of the treatment we received and the inconvenience in time and gas having us go back and forthI just want this to be on record incase this is happening to other people and they are too intimidated to say anythingThis was something that stole my peace of mind for whole week. We purchased an IPhone on April 28th and when I got home it did not work when I called peopleCalls were getting dropped or not going through at all or when they did the other person could not hear me on their endI took it back the next day and the manager told us to come back to talk to the owner because we wanted a replacementThe manager(which I didnt know was the manager) kept us guessing and telling us the owner would be there at this time

I have worked with the customer several timesI don't have any other choices she offered to get a different phone I told her yes and she had to pay the difference for the price of the phone if it was moreI had asked her if she has had page plus before she side yes its the best serviceIf you can speak to her have her come in the store ask for Rany and I will be more then glad to help her switch out that phoneI am always willing to help anyone that is willing to take the help we went out of our way too many times for her and now we get this complaint out of no where that we did nothingWe took get phone drove around all over somerton and no issues then she said oh no I live in San Luis which works fine as well the only spot that doesn't work is her home because it's a trailer and there are constant issues with trailersThere are gonna be dead spots that we can't control changing the phone won't fix the problemWe offered her to witch companies as wellIf she returns the phone we said it will be a restocking fee and she said no to every option we gave herAs much as she doesn't wanna loose out we don't eitherThank you for your time

Review: On 12/4/13 my daughter wanted to surprise me by taking my laptop to this repair shop to fix my laptop. they charged her $116.99 up front n told her when it was fixed they would call her. she picked it up a few days before Christmas, the lap top worked for a day, I took it back n told them the same issue I took it with still exists, they took it and again said when its done they would call me, I kept calling and no answer, I went in, in March 2014, they finally said it was fixed, I took it home, again it worked for one day. I took it back n told them, I don't know what game you're playing but my laptop has the same issue with no solution, they told me to leave it, they would call me, again no calls, I call and they never answer, I went by a few times and place says out to lunch.. they charged my daughter but didn't fix the issue. they have a no refund policy but I feel they cheated her n me.. I want my laptop n honestly I think I should get my money back plus the aggravation they caused.. can you help me??Desired Settlement: my money back and compensation for the lies, that they fixed my laptop and honestly they never did.. plus I want my laptop
