Also, these cabinets are not new; they are floor samples I accepted them under duress as to there were NO other options considering my contractor has been very patient in trying to complete a job that was only supposed to last weeks; not over a month Not to mention, I also paid for delivery service Yet, I had to continue to go to their location to pick up my cabinets that were never there as promised Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In Response to the management of One Stop, I have read their explanation of why they do not believe they are responsible for the damage to my carIt is not unreasonable to accept what they are saying, from their point of viewI have been through their car wash numerous times and am happy with their serviceI have recommended their business to many peopleBut on this occasion, something happenedI know for a FACT that my car did not have those scratches prior to that dayThe previous day, I looked my car over before going to a family gathering(I am very conscientious about how my car looks, and my family always jokes that I never have a dirty vehicle) The day after the event, I took my car to One Stop to get rid of some pollen build upWhen I arrived home and was walking back up the driveway, I noticed the damageThere is no other place where this damage occurredOne day, no scratches, next day...scratches They stated only one area on my car was scratchedAll along both side are damaged, right down the path of where the brushes followI showed them this They stated that no one else complained on that dayCould it be that I was the unfortunate person that got debris spun across my car and by the time I got through the brushes shed the particles and were washed cleaned? Other vehicles may not have been as damaged as much as mineMy car is black and shows more marks than lighter colored carsOther owners may not have noticed the condition of their carsThere are a number of possibilities They also state that they have had their equipment checkedFine, but on that day, at that time something wrong happenedMaybe it was not an equipment issue Finally, when I went back after I discovered the damage, the young man I dealt with only took a photo of one areaHe recommended that I take my car over to a local body shop that they have a "relationship" withWhen I went there, the tech looked at my carHere are a couple of his comments, "Yeah, I can see where the wash scratched your paint." When I asked what kind of relationship they had with One Stop, he said, "We handle their warranty work." How many cars do they send their way and for what? I feel as though One Stop is in "deny,deny,deny mode"I have never filed a Revdex.com complaint before and I do not consider my request out of lineWhatever happened to "the customer is always right"? *** at the one stop auto call me on 01-01-that my van was fixed via serp belt tensionerSo the next day 01-02-a payed the bill started the van guess what? is still makeing the same noiseThat was the first wrong diagnosisSo *** calls and says that the valves need adjustedThat was his second wrong diagnosis*** said he would adjust the valves at a *** discountSo when we took him up on his offer he refused to do it with out me getting a second opinion*** has lied all the way through this whole dealI have sent four documents the first one is his wrong diagnosis that cost me over *** the second document is his wrong diagnosis which he *** refused to do without a second opinionThe third document is correct diagnosis from Don Ayres Honda that cost me ***
Finally the fourth document is the repair bill I payed to get the proper repairs done for goodLook it is very clear that *** at the one stop auto needs be be held accountable for their poor workmanshipA real mechanic would make it right with his customersCome on think about it would I go through all this hassle if I had not been treated injustlyI dont want anyone else to go through what I experienced at the one stop auto

Hello, my name is ***I did not give the original response so I will respond noworiginally the Honda Odyssey came in for a noiseThe complaint was, it made noise on a cold start upWe started the van on a morning it was cold outsideAt the time the only noise we heard was a noise coming from the belt areaWe removed the belt and found the tensioner pulley and belt badthe bearing in the tensioner was badWe gave an estimate for the repair*** *** *** approved the repairAfter the repair, no noise was presentCustomer came to pick van uppaid the bill and started to leave*** came back in and complained the noise was still thereWhen we pulled the van back in, we heard the noiseHe did not want to spend money on any diagnosticsWithout taking time for proper diagnostics to determine the noise, we estimated the valves needed adjusted according the milage and noiseI stated that if the valve adjustment did not correct it, there would be no chargeI offered to do it at half price for customer satisfactionPrior to this offer, *** *** *** spoke rudely and beligerant on the phone to mehe also belittled me as wellTrying to satisfy hi, I offered thisHis spouse and adult child came in the shop to get the estimate in writingThey proceeded to tell me that *** *** *** has been disappointed and angry with any repair from other shopsthey told me several different cases of him being displeased and angryI expressed to them I wanted them to have a second opinion from some one else before I done the workIf they got the second opinion I would gladly do the workOnce again *** call angry and being verbal abusiveThe his adult child called later that day to tell me all the ways I was wrongHe is also inaccurate on the first repair costThe total bill was *** There was a fee for a tire repair and a Diagnostic fee for the Check Engine lightThe diagnostic fee had nothing to do with the noiseThere is a TSB for the code stored in the ecmHe declined that repairHis money will not be refundedA repair was made for the First noise we heardThe old parts was returned to *** *** ***His last response is evident he will never be satisfiedIf he chooses to keep responding that is his choiceWe will not give any more responseWe have a great reputationAn opinion and non facts will not affect our operationswe have a great name in our community and it will remainI am Very sorry for *** *** *** unhappiness with our performance

soft cloth material, which is well lubricated, and constantly being washed as the brushes spinThe customer's complaint regarding scratches is in a focused area on their vehicleIn the event that our equipment was to fall, scratches would occur all along the side of the car where the equipment failedFailed equipment would cause scratches to all vehicles, which are washed using it, as wellOn this day, more than two-hundred cars went through the car wash and no additional complaints or concerns were brought to our attentionThe customer has washed their car at our location times over the past few months without issue and we understand that they value and care for theirvehicle thoroughlyHowever, we do not believe that our car wash is at fuult for these scratches based on inspection of our equipmentAs precaution, we asked for WNY Car Wash Systems to inspect all of our equipment for proper operation and no faults of any kind were reported by themWe continue to wash cars following this said incident, and we strive to provide our customers with quality serviceSincerely,Sarah F*One Stop Car WashManager
