We are not trying to imply that Ms [redacted] was not involved in the transactionSimply that there was no mistreatment of herWe honored our warranty, did the work and put the proper parts on her vehicleShe was explained and shown the processWe have apologized if Ms [redacted] feels that she has been mistreatedBeyond that, there is nothing that needs to be done

The customer is just continuing to say the same thing over and over The fact is that the vehicle was in a common parking lot and could have been damaged by any number of customers Eurocare is NOT responsible for this damage We are sorry that the customer had damage done to his vehicle and if it had happened inside of our shop, we would gladly fix the damage However, this did not happen while we were working on the vehicle We will not be repairing this damage There is really no other new information and this is just becoming a back and forth issue

On 3/14/Mr [redacted] brought in his [redacted] for an oil change and a brake fluid flush As soon as the vehicle arrived the ASE certified Master technician pulled the vehicle all the way to the last bay of the shop on the alignment rackWhere this rack is located there is nothing else around in the shop that can damage a vehicle A [redacted] is a rear engine vehicle so everything that was done for the oil change was done in the rear of the vehicle The brake fluid reservoir is located by the windshield in front of the steering wheel None of the employees were around the headlights of Mr [redacted] ’s [redacted] I spoke to every employee that was working that day and all stated that they didn’t cause the damage to Mr [redacted] ’s driver’s side headlight Mr [redacted] says that it probably happened in the parking lot of Eurocare Import Car Repair and that it would be our responsibility because it is our parking lot This is not how it’s done at any business I’ve ever been to If I’m shopping at [redacted] and a car hits mine in the parking lot and takes off who is at fault? ***? If an [redacted] customer lets go of one of their shopping carts and hits my car [redacted] is not the responsible party We are sorry that his headlight is damaged and feel for Mr [redacted] but it didn’t happen by a Eurocare employee and shouldn’t have to carry the burden of financial responsibility simply because he thinks it happened in our parking lot

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint This is crazy! You act as if I was not present I know how you and you shop made me feel You can not speak to my feelingsThere was others there I will have them send in their point of view of the situation as well Regards, Still Angry-Former Customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We are not trying to imply that Ms. [redacted] was not involved in the transaction. Simply that there was no mistreatment of her. We honored our warranty, did the work and put the proper parts on her vehicle. She was explained and shown the process. We have apologized if Ms. [redacted] feels that she has been mistreated. Beyond that, there is nothing that needs to be done.

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Let’s discuss your statement, “As it states on the signed invoice by Mr. [redacted] “I acknowledge and agree that you shall not be responsible or liable fordamage toor loss of the vehicle or any articles left in the vehicle for any reason.””  I don’t know when the damage occurred.  You keep implying that the damage occurred in the parking lot.  It may have happened in the shop by one of your technicians.  All I know is that it happened between the time I dropped it off and the time I picked it up.  In an earlier statement you claimed, "If it was caused by one of our employee’s then there would be no question of responsibility."  As you would agree to take responsibility in that instance, the verbiage in the signed invoice is not 100% accurate.  I stand by my original claim.  The damage occurred is the responsibility of Eurocare and it is their responsibility to repair.  Let it also be known that the shared parking lot is a bit misleading.  Eurocare is separated from the rest of the parking lot by an entrance drive.  It just isn’t convenient or safe for the patrons of the other establishments to utilize Eurocare’s portion of the parking lot due to traffic flow.   The damage occurred is the responsibility of Eurocare and it is their responsibility to repair.
Regards,
[redacted]

Our General Manager has been in contact with [redacted] and we are sending out a refund to him now.  The check was cut and mailed on March 31st and should arrive to him shortly.  We apologize for the delay and hope that this resolves the issue.Eurocare

The brakes that were installed were bought from [redacted] and were not [redacted] brakes. The work that she had done was warranty work, which we honored and took care of her. Ms. [redacted] was not the only customer being worked on and not all parts coming in were for her vehicle. Our establishment...

is run ethically and we do not deceive our customers. Nothing was done wrong. We are sorry if Ms. [redacted] feels like she was mistreated, but there was nothing done wrong to her.

nothing else around in the shop that can damage a vehicle.  A [redacted] is a rear engine vehicle so everything that was done for the oil change was done in the rear of the vehicle.  The brake fluid reservoir is located by the windshield in front of the steering wheel.  None of the employees were around the headlights of Mr. [redacted]’s [redacted].  I spoke to every employee that was working that day and all stated that they didn’t cause the damage to Mr. [redacted]’s driver’s side headlight.  Mr. [redacted] says that it probably happened in the parking lot of Eurocare Import Car Repair and that it would be our responsibility because it is our parking lot.  This is not how it’s done at any business I’ve ever been to.  If I’m shopping at [redacted] and a car hits mine in the parking lot and takes off who is at fault?
