This man Desmond *** from One touch auto in NLR off pike, agreed to fix my car on the 4th of JulyI told him what I thought was wrong with it but made it very clear that I wasn't sureHe told me he would love to fix it for me even though he wasn't going to help anyone else on the 4th! Instead of driving my car to hear the noises I told him about he went ahead and ordered the parts to fix itOnce I got there he told me that he really just wanted to see meSMH! Anyway! After I paid $I then test drove my car to make sure everything was ok, and the issue still hadnt been fixed! So I took it back and then he then stated "Maybe I should ride with you myself to hear what you're talking about." MAYBE???! Once he heard it, her decided to lift up my car at his shop and saw that I was missing my carrier bearing! Really?? After I paid $for something that didn't have anything to do with the issue?! Obviously I was upset, but MrHstated, "I will order the part for your car, and due to my negligence I will fix it for free, and take you out to eat." I didn't reply to that last statement, bit he was going to notify me when my part came inHe and his staff member assured me that I could drive my car for the time being and that it wouldn't cause any more issues until my part came in the following weekWell two days ago on the 12th my car started making other noises, so I started calling him to see what I needed to doNO CALL BACK, NO TEXT MESSAGESNOTHING FROM MRH.!! I had a friend of mine call the same number and guess who answers?? MrH.! Then he gets mad at me for all the calls and messages! I'm a single mother who needed to make sure my son could get to and from school safely along with me going to work! He then texted me and told me he wouldn't be fixing my car nor would he give me the tracking number for the part I offered to pay for! This is so unprofessional and it puts us in a bad situation!
I went to Community Chevrolet for an oil change with a coupon they had mailed me I was told that my car had an issue and that it had oil in it It was the end of the business day I was told that I could not drive it I took a rental car and went home In the morning, I returned and had my car towed to another garage due to Community's hourly fee being too high The other garage told me there was 1/quarts of oil in the car They stated that there was nothing wrong with my car They looked at various things regarding my oil There was no sludge, no blockage I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle He put oil in it and I drove away I went back to Community and explained the situation I was told (in their defense it was not a gimmick and they put in quarts of oil and was not sure where the oil went) I have checked the oil at every stop and it is at the max level and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the car
Desmond H. the owner of this Shop is a fake and scam artist. Especially towards women. Do not take your car to this Shop. He's all about just getting your money at any means necessary. He's had my car for 4 months now and after making a settlement in court he was still supposed to have my car fixed and I just picked it up on June 23, 2016 and it keeps shutting off. I paid him $800 In cash and my car still isn't fixed. He's a joke, has a very bad attitude, and not trustworthy. I'm warning you DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO HIM!
