The customer purchased the original phone about two months ago as pre-owned and as-isWithin weeks or so the customer returned to the business with the phone being unresponsiveUnbeknownst to myself & my manager what the issue could possibly be, we explained to the customer and her husband (the gentleman filing the complaint) that though there is no warranty on used items we will have our technician take a look at the phone for the simple fact that we do not turn any customer away in terms of any assistance whether it is a sale or an issueWe stressed to the customer the only way this phone could have this specific issue is due by physically effecting the phone, something they were on the fence about admittingRegardless, we offered them (free of charge) to try our best repairing the phone and they bitterly agreedAfter my technician stating the phone is declared to be obsolete, I called Willhem and explained to him the issueI also explained to him our store policy, which is clearly written on the receiptAfter days we are not responsible for day defects on NEW phones, and that after 30+ days on a USED phone, there is definitely no warranty, especially if the phone was physically damaged by the customerRegardless of this fact, I stress customer service on all of my employees, but I myself wanted to solve this problem, due to the customers very nasty attitude and demanding persona something I knew my employees would have trouble handlingWhen they came in, I told them I will gladly take the phone back and throw it in the trash before I ever have a client walk out of my door in distasteI showed them another phone and explained to them we will somewhat carry the loss on the previous phone togetherThat is when my customer became belligerent and began cursing me out at the top of her lungs in front of my employees and her husbandAfter this I explained to them to either please leave, or call the authorities, and I f they do neither I will have to call the authorities myselfWillhem told my customer to go wait in the car, as she did, not without a few more curse words out of the door into the streetWillhem then began to plead as I was fed up with this *** behavior and spent about a half hour begging for me to exchange the phoneI told him for a customer that appreciates my consideration I will go the extra mile, but for a customer who demands and disrespects me when they're at fault I will not helpAfter about another another minutes of attempting to convince me, I gave him a phone for FREE, I stress this again, FOR FREEThe phone retails at $He thanked me and said 'its not what I wanted, but I'll take whatever I can get at this point." Adding insult to injury, he calls me minutes after I just handed the man a brand new phone and says "you think you're so smart, you don't know who you're *** with, I'm gonna call the Revdex.com and shut you down." The only regret I have is hel ping this customers husband in the first placeA used phone after 30+ days, a phone I still have in the corner collecting dust that the customer physically damaged, being very courteous and attempting to fix it, getting cursed out in my own place of business, and STILL giving them a brand new phoneI still cannot fathom the form of savagery my customer and this man writing the complaint have displayedIf he really felt this way, why in the world would he take the brand new phone from me, and THEN call me to add more cursing and threats as if his wife did not say enough to me alreadyI am ready and prepared for anything the Revdex.com needs out of me, this is the first and definitely the last time I will ever get a complaintFirst, I would like for my brand new phone to be given back to me and I will gladly give back their defected phoneI do not find much sense in them walking away with $of my money, and still attempting to tarnish my business's flawless reputationIt is either one, or the other

can you please have the proper authority with jurisdiction to investigate the store or inform me of the proper authority that I can contact.so they can follow up and do the investigation. This store is ripping people off of there hard earn money with there bait and switch tactics that they...

are using on them. However you can still process my complaint for the replacement is acceptable.' l
