Order #40258 placed 7/25/18. Finally an email with a tracking number was sent linked from website and it was tracked back to China with no delivery attempt on this end. There were ~8 checkpoints and when I questioned the tracking, the link and website went under continual maintenance or redesign.
Order # 40258 was for 3 leather handbags, one wine colored, two dark brown. This link is still available to order from! But no direct # or contact address.
$112.79 was deducted from my checking account July 25th.
No delivery but an email was sent in November stating if the package(s ) weren't deliverable, the company wasn't at fault. Had I known I was ordering from China, I would not have ordered...this company said it was based in the U.S.
The last correspondence regarding shipment was 12/6, saying shipping status updated without links to a tracking number or site. There is only an automatic form letter saying, "customer service is very imortant to us"...we'll get back in 48 hours...
