One Way Auto Sales

This letter is in response from one of our customers [redacted] [redacted] herself in her complaint stated she purchased a vehicle from One Way Auto Sales with no warranty with that being said I spoke with her on the phone about her car breaking down and told her it sounded like her radiator hose broke that it wouldn't be that big of a deal to fix all she had to do was get the car towed to us and we would look at it for her She agreed then we received the letter from the Revdex.com I spoke to her on the phoone after receiving the letter and she said she had no money for the tow or to get her car fixed I explained to her she had no warranty on the vehicle and we weren't obligated to fix it but if she could get the car to us we could possibly fix the car at no cost depending what is wrong with it As of yet she still has not sent the car here for us to look at it Thanks for listening, please call if you have any more questions about this matter
