This business calls despite me being on the national do not call list If you select the remove from call list option, they STILL call back again The number that shows up on your caller ID can't be called

this company is a shame they cold call request all personal information and then hang up on you when I called back twice I was hung up on immediately after identifying myselfthey will not give any information about themselves and there website is designed to only get your information while not supplying a single contact, owner name, email, location or hard addressstay away from this company

This organization continues to robo-call people on the National do-not-call registry

These are some of the worst that you will EVER come across! If you read the reviews on the web, you'll see that you need to steer clear of these clowns

I was contact by one way funding today from a number at ###-###-####
I was transferred to the agent and was told I was on the do not call list He got mad and said I could have hung up I told him "thats not the point, I shouldn't have to have solicitations during work"
He then told me he was going to FIND ME AND KILL ME and told me he knew where I lived and told me he would come after my family and kids

One Way Funding uses robocalls to solicit business and does not check telephone numbers to see if they are on the Do Not Call registry In recent months I have received several such robocalls, and each time I hung up and reported each to the FTC online, as the FTC recommends Earlier today, after receiving another such robocall, I pushed "1" to speak with a real person, said that my number was on the "Do Not Call list, and asked why I am being called The man asked, "do you want money for your business?" I answered "no" and repeated my question, whereupon the man hung up I called the number back to see if it was a legitimate telephone number -- it was -- and asked again why I am being called since I am the Do Not Call list Another quick hang up I can't imagine anyone wanting to use a business that engages in such disreputable practices

I too get calls from this company at least twice a week and have asked to be removed from their calling list
They don't listen, I still get calls(Sickening)

They keep calling me sometimes up to times a day playing recordings when I press to talk to them and ask to be removed from their calling list they hang up on me They will call with different phone numbers for example ###-###-#### ###-###-####

Review: They sent out a check for some crazy amount like $53,632. For a business loan. I trashed it. Then they use a Robo call, and ask you to call back on some number, but the number they call in on works ###-###-####. The first call was in May, I told them then to remove my name, address and phone number and that: "I DECLINE" there offer.Second call: 6/*/15 11am I repeated to be removedThird call: 6/**/15 12:11pm I repeated to be removed and "I DECLINE".I was hung up on by "[redacted]" and told "he doe not have time for this" as I was saying I was going to report them. I called back and asked for a manager, spoke to [redacted] he said he was taking my number off, and he was sorry.Fourth Call: 6/**/15 2:58pm I am here reporting them! Just called [redacted] again, and he hung up on me.PLEASE GO GET THESE PEOPLE and STOP THEM!Oh and read this complaint at this link:[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want then to remove my phone number and address.And I want confirmation it has been done.I filled a DO-NOT-CALL complaint also.

The direct number to this business is ###-###-####. This business has called a few dozen times. Every time we try to explain that we don't own a business we get hung up on and called back again. I worked for a telemarketing company and I know my rights as a consumer. This behavior is unacceptable and can lead to fines. I've tried to explain to a manager or supervisor and get hung up on. I finally reached someone today that did finally take my call after blowing up their phone lines over and over until they answered. The gal named christal took my number and promised me it would be added to the DNC for the company and that no one had recorded my complaint properly. I would like to file a complaint b/c it's taken this long, and this company and its multiple employees have harassed us for approximately four months.
