This was a horrible experience- we were picked up almost 2 hours late, and the business owner was rude and dishonest! Our reservation stated that a driver would be waiting for us at JFK at 5:15pm, but no one was there. At 5:30, I called and was told the driver had run into traffic and would be there in 30 minutes. At 6:15 I called again and was told he would arrive no later than 6:30. After repeated phone calls, we finally got picked up a little after 7pm. If the business owner had told me at 5:30 that we would have to wait another 90 minutes, I would have rented a car and driven myself, but he didn't want to lose the money so he lied about the driver's arrival time. In fact, the driver had not left Hartford to pick us up until after 4:30. Obviously, the company had made a scheduling mistake- I would have understood that if they had been honest with me. However, for the company to tell me one lie after another is completely unforgivable.
Excellent service. Abdullah was an excellent driver and knew alternate routes to avoid traffic jams. Not only did we use this service but so did our 2 sons and their family as well.
Our driver Steve was waiting for us when we got down to our luggage. He helped us with our luggage and got us from FT. Lauderdale to Miami with pleasant conversation and a smooth ride. We look forward to using One Way Limo again in June. Great service !!

The price was great compared to other services from [redacted] Airport in Boston, and the driver was waiting when we arrived at the airport. Louis was friendly and helped with our bags and was a safe driver. They could probably be more informative in their confirmation email as to exactly where the driver will meet the customer. We were not sure if he would be inside the airport or in the limo waiting area. When we called the number given to us, however, someone picked up immediately to help us sort that out. I definitely recommend and will use again.
Very good service, they deliver as advertised. I've used them perhaps 8 times now and have not had an issue. Clearly working through some teething pains with their website and ecommerce, but they overcome with responsiveness over the phone.
We arranged transportation from home to Bradley Airport (Hartford, CT) and return a month before leaving for Europe. Both drivers arrived on time, helped with luggage, chose a convenient, not too "traficky" road both ways; for the return trip, our driver was waiting for us at luggage pick-up area, walked us to his nearby parking spot; he was especially thoughtful as we were very tired... Everything was perfect, and we will use OneWay Limo again as we travel often.
