These people will lie for an extra buck. They inspected my apartments carpet that was already cleaned via carpet cleaner before move out and they claimed "Due to excessive urine and damage to carpet rec. replacement." This caused me to be charged a hefty move out fine even though there was no urine what so ever in the carpet. I am an adult with a 4 year old that was potty trained when she was 2, and have never had any pets. There is no way there was urine on the carpet. When trying to get into contact with the owner the receptionist gave me the run around and hung up on me. They don't care because they already got paid off of their lie and the apartment complex doesn't care (brentwood lakes) because they expect me to pay. When you move out of any apartment double check if these people are lying to get an extra buck out of the long run, because in the end you will be the one who gets screwed over.
