Review: December 11th 2012 I signed up for personal training services with this gym. I was approved for financing that would begin in January 2013. I currently am unable to continue personal training services and asked the owner/manager to stop financing. The manager put me off for 3 weeks. In the interim I called the financing company and asked that they stop my financing. They said they are unable to stop the financing because my medical procedure was completed in January. I did not have a medical procedure. The owner has broken the appointment with me and has yet to stop the financing. The finance company is saying I need to talk with [redacted]- which turns out to be the say telephone number of [redacted] the owner at One World Fitness. [redacted]Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is for my financing to stop, money refunded as I did not agree to pay for a medical procedure, and no damage to my credit history.
Review: I joined One World Fitness (had only THREE sessions) and signed a form giving them permission to look up my credit, but I told them that I would finance the cost of the fitness program through my own bank but [redacted] and some company listed on the bill name [redacted] opened a $10,060 credit in my name in which I asked in a certified letter for them to close as stated on the bill, I have no been back to this place since finding out this information about this account, had multiple text messages with [redacted], telling him to cease and desist this contract and he lied and said he would close the account but didn't. I have text messages and proof of everything. Also, I NEVER saw anyone about "[redacted]", as stated is a chiropractor. This business needs to be brought under investigation because upon further research, this is not the first time [redacted] has pulled this scam on innocent people.Desired Settlement: TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT WITH HP Processing as I asked several weeks ago! And take the $10,060 off of my name!
Review: [redacted], Owner of One World Fitness is operating unethical membership and billing practices. A couple co-workers and I were recruited to join this "training gym" for a set amount of sessions and was told that I would have a monthly payment - I was unaware that **. [redacted] has actually set me up with a medical financing company, [redacted] - I recieved a bill from [redacted] for the amount $2,251.00; **. [redacted] informed me on July 14, 2013 that he was no longer using the [redacted] company and that our accounts with them would be closed and abolished. He requested we make payments directly to him for any training services recieved and we did so, taking his word that he would be contacting [redacted] and closing the accounts. Since that time I recieved continous calls from [redacted] requesting payment and indicating that my account is outstanding for the total amount of $2,251.00 - they informed my that they had not recieved any correspondence or communication from **. [redacted] closing my account and that they had given him the $2,251.00 for my services and I now owe them. My major complaint is that I was unaware that I was provided financing for a "gym" membership, this situation of put my credit status in jeporady by placing a "bad debt" on my credit; **. [redacted] is apparently operating an unethical, dishonest form of membership recruitment and scaming clients out of money. I have made several attempts to contact **. [redacted] with no sucess, they gym telephone number has been disconnected and the personal cellphone he provided has no response.Desired Settlement: I would like the account with [redacted] to be abolished from my credit, zero balance due and my credit report reflected as such.
Review: I signed a $10,000 contract with [redacted], owner of One World Fitness, on February 6, 2012. This was a contract to provide personal training sessions in bulk from independent contract personal fitness trainers employed through [redacted]'s company. The $10,000 contract was processed through [redacted] financing, account #[redacted]. On April 11, 2013, I requested a termination of services and a refund of $4000,.00 representing services not received. On April 22, 2013, I notified [redacted] that I am pursuing repayment of monies financed through [redacted]. The owner, [redacted], has been responsive to texts but non-responsive to promptly refunding my money.Desired Settlement: I desire an outcome of a $4000.00 money order. I do not wish to receive a personal check.
