We have provided the utmost care when cleaning any item in our possessionWe replaced the zipper in the fawn colored *** pants in July At the time we told the customer that we would replace the zipper as a courtesyWe did not feel we were responsible for the damageHowever, we have no
record of replacing the zipper in the navy pair of pants. The tan sweater was picked up from the cleaners on 1/7/2015. The customer returned it without the button on 2/3/2016. All three buttons on the sweater were replaced and the garment was returned to the store and ready for pick up on 2/5/2016. The only black silk item this customer has dropped of was on 3/14/2014, There are no notes regarding any type of damage or issues. As far as we’re concerned there are no pending issues
