I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
My ID number is *** I have just read Mandarin Gardens note to Revdex.comShe is totally incorrect on what was said that dayWhen I brought my broken tooth to the counter I told her I bit into something that felt like a rockShe told me they do not put rocks in the rice.( I thought this was a strange comment) I told her I did not know if it was the rice all I knew is it was hard like a small rockFrom there I told her I had cashew chicken with almonds added(NO PEANUTS) maybe it could of been a shellLike I said it was very hard. In the letter from Mandarin Gardens she said, I said I broke my tooth on a peanut shell and why would I say that when I never ate a peanut that day!!! She uses the word peanut at least times in her response to the Revdex.com. At this time I am being told I am a liar That my claim is untrue and that West Bend Inshas proofWhat proof! I feel like my character is being attackedIn the end, my tooth was broken when I bit into something HARD at Mandarin GardenThat's fact!!
One other incorrect statement from Mandarin Gardens is that her Inswould pay for half of my dental workThe true is that they said they would pay 1/of what my insdidn't pay for a total of $My crown was over $1,with the x-rays and appointments. I will not except there meager offering because I feel to do so would be admitting that I am a liar. I AM NOT A LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!

We are staying within our insurance policy requirements and only contacting the customer via the insurance proxyIf we do not, we risk West Bend not paying for half of her billAdditionally, we contacted our peanut supplier who said they have not had any complaints of peanut shells in the pastHer claims that it was a small rock is untrue, which can be proved from the insurance claimWe are a small family owned business that wants to provide our customers with the best food and service; however, we are required to follow protocol and to make decisions based on proof and meritWe sympathize for this customer and did everything possible to help her, but her complaint is untrueWe are able to provide proof via the insurance claim, if neededThank you.
