Whenever I am determined to spend my hard earned cash, I make sure I do my homework. Buying a car, TV, computer, or even a smartphone. I always make sure I know what I am getting myself into. I want to make sure that when I go into the store or call someone on the phone, I am knowledgeable to what I need. This is the case with One World Moving.
When I called [redacted], I had already read the horror stories online about movers. Whether it was charging extra for shrink wrap or charging extra for fragile items. I made sure with [redacted] that there were no hidden charges, I made sure of the rate up front AND when he arrived. I made sure we agreed on EVERYTHING. It was easy because I went through my house and inventoried EVERYTHING. I didn't surprise him with 'forgotten' items and he didn't surprise me with 'forgotten' charges.
[redacted] got the job done quick and efficient. He kept me updated with his arrival time from the very beginning and let me know that his prior move was running over and he would be a little late. Constant contact is important on a move. Overall it was quick, efficient and there were no hiccups.
