Review: In May 2015 I purchased two observation deck admission tickets from One World Observatory, order for June * entrance date.

On June *, 2015 observation deck was not operational due to inclement weather and clouds.

I phoned One World Observatory, whose representative confirmed that I "will not see anything," yet refused to change the admission date for meDesired Settlement: I demand change in my ticket admission date, or complete refund

Review: I bought tickets for the One World Observatory when they first came up on sale, weeks before the day the observatory opened, to take my parents, who are visiting from Spain. I got the tickets for June [redacted], and you had to pick a time to visit -- I picked 7 pm. On June [redacted] the forecast called for heavy rain and fog. I called customer service to see if I could exchange them for another day, but nobody picked up the guest services phone, and the mailbox was full. We went to the venue and asked about changing the date when we got there. They told us they were not responsible for the weather, as they claimed in their website. I understand that, but there has to be an exception when they cannot offer the service that their website states --best views of Manhattan. I can understand limited visibility, but when we were up on floor [redacted], all you could see was a white window. You couldn't even feel that you were high up. Nothing. It was like staring at a blank wall.When we came down I went to the Guest Services window and asked to speak to the [redacted], she was not even nice about it, and just said "tickets are non-refundable, not exchangeable". She offered no solution at all. They just got our $32/per ticket money --for nothing. I felt cheated.Desired Settlement: I would like to have either a refund of the money or at least the offer to go on a day when they can actually "observe" something. I don't even need to "See forever", as their slogan says!

Review: I purchased 3 tickets for the One World Observatory online for July **, 2015 totaling $195. We will be travelling from California to New York. I purchased them for the wrong date, though. We won't even be in New York July **. I meant to buy them for the following Monday July **. I called and was told their "policy" doesn't allow refunds or date changes and their system is "not set up" to do this either. It just seems ridiculous that I can't change dates, especially since it 3 months away. I'm wondering what the Revdex.com thinks of this "policy."Desired Settlement: I put that I'd like a refund, but really I just want to change the dates since my wife and 11 year old daughter really want to go.
