Review: I cannot get anyone from Verizon or Direct TV that understands me on the phone to discuss this problem.

The phone people don't seem to know what I am talking about and I am at wits end trying to explain what the dispute is.

So I have contacted the Revdex.com to get results.

My Verizon bills have never been near the same amount since I started doing business with them about a year or so ago.

My last bill was finally stabilized at what appeared to be $133.22 for two consecutive months.

It is now due by December **, 2015 for $181.28

The $133.22 bill seemed to be finally settled to what I expected to be paying per month for this Triple Play package

which I was quoted over the phone when purchased at a rate of $79.00 per month.

The excess was in fees. I was told I would be charged this amount for 2 years.

I have had to contact the Revdex.com on two seperate occasions to get some intelligent

help with the reasoning behind the inconsistant billing and the necessary adjustments for me to recoup overcharges.

Looks like it's happening all over again.

This time, I'm done with this. I wish to close my Direct TV / Verizon accounts WITHOUT any early cancellation fees or charges.

I will not pay the $181.28 in advance like I had done previously

in overcharges, and in very similar amounts above my actual amounts due.

I paid more than I owed several times only to have credit posted that took a couple months to get back.

I have to do the accounting to make sure I don't over pay and get my credit due.

The billing statements are vague and without explaination.

Some items which I had declined well in advance still popped up as charges such as the NFL package. That time I was overcharged.

I had to pay in advance for something that I did not want or recieve and Direct TV or Verizon

kept my money for over two months for something I did not order.

I was told I had to pay the full amount on the bill or face late charges.

I was told I would get partial credit on the next couple bills.

The only alternative solution that would be acceptable on my end is that I pay that

$133.22 per month for the remainder of my time with with Verizon and Direct TV.

I chose to use the services in this "Triple Play" package represented as a special

bargain and it has been nothing but a waste of time and money.Desired Settlement: Bottom line, I will not pay any more than $133.22 per month EVER!

If the Verizon and Direct TV companies don't want to do this, they can send me the

pre-paid labled return shipping boxes for return of your rental eqipment immediately

and close my account(s) with $0.00 balance due on December **, 2015 at 11:59 PM.
