Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Again I was inside this business and overheard his receptionist tell a potential new customer on the phone that Mr [redacted] said he would do a treatment for someone who did not have insurance for $53.00, yet he denies he does any discounts which is a lie because I specifically overheard it myselfBasically I am on the hook because I signed his payment liability page after his receptionist told me they accepted my insuranceI understand the new employee making a mistake but for him to offer nothing after all my wasted time from a direct doctor's order for physical therapy which they have a copy of- is truly disappointingI wish I would have never called his business and feel he has not been truthful to me on the "He doesn't offer any discounts" because I know for a fact he does because I heard it with my own two ears when I was in thereRevdex.com this case can be closed as unsatisfied, I will be filing a dispute with VISA when I pay him after the insurance is figured out which I already know is not covered Regards, [redacted] ***

While I was waiting in the lobby the day I was in here I overheard their receptionist *** telling a potential client that Mr*** would do a session for a new person that had no insurance for
$So Mr*** refuses to do anything for me because his employee told me incorrectly and I wasted my time setting up an appointment in here which is ludicrousHe even round about admits his employee might have made a mistake! But he would give a customer who had no insurance a deal for $Pretty sad in my opinion

My entire previous response two weeks ago was basically ignored and I feel the main issue of him doing a new client without insurance for a discounted rate discredits his original response where he stated he does not do discountsIt is obvious there is no middle ground here and I am wasting my time completelyIt has taken so long for a response from him it shows it is low priority in my opinionWould not recommend this business to the general public based on the way this entire case has been handledHe is willing to charge a non insured person $but won't give me any break after the hassles I have dealt with and his receptionist was a part of

I would like to add more to my response for my complaint against OnePhysical Therapy
I feel this complaint is about good faith and moralsOn their website it specifically states "If you have questions about your insurance coverage, feel free to give us a call *** ***."
This simply is not rocket science by his stating they deal with hundreds of insurance companies so they are not responsibleI have dealt with many new Dentists/Doctors/Clinics/etc over the past years and none has ever told me incorrectly whether they accept an insurance provider or notOnePhysical Therapy surely has a list on file they can look over quickly for network providers but that did not seem to happen here
Then to see the response that he does not do any discounts when I specifically overheard his receptionist telling a new customer without insurance he would do a session for a reduced price of $is pretty disheartening

If this business fails to offer any discount to me in their next response please close this claim as unsatisfied as I feel they are simply dragging this out in an attempt for me to shut up. My next action will be to file a dispute with Visa and let them decide with all the facts if I have a case or not. For this business to have misled me telling me they accepted my insurance and maybe it was simply a new employee mistake, the owner truthfully should do something to compromise and not have taken the stiff arm to me.

As we mentioned in our first response, we apologize for a new employee who made an honest error in checking your insurance. Our motive is not to mislead patients, and because we are contracted with certain insurance companies, we do not, and cannot, give discounts on our fees. 
Therefore, we will not be offering you a discount for your treatment. At the moment, we are waiting for [redacted] to process your insurance claim and depending on your plan, they may allow this charge to go toward your deductible or they may reject it, Either-way, you are responsible for the cost of your treatment as soon as your insurance claim processes. 
If you fail to remit payment, your account will be sent to collections,
