I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11700262, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I just wanted to contact you to inform you that my bank has issued me a credit for 31.54 on the card that was used to make initial purchase at Mobil gas station. This was not the ammount that was lost but I'm very happy to receive something vs nothing. It is dissappointing the lengths that I've had to go to to receive any kind of recompense for my loss. I will never return to this gas station and will tell everyone I know who uses this station about this incident.

This is around 5pm when the station was really busy. She comes in and asks [redacted] that she left without...
getting gas and wants her money back. We have receipts to back all this with date and time. [redacted] told her that she never asked him to stop the pump before leaving without getting gas and unfortunately another customer got $25 of her gas as she left the pump on. The balance $15 goes back on her credit card as she herself claims in her complaint. This was a credit sale and [redacted] didn't give her $15 to another customer or knowlingly her gas either. She was yelling and screaming disrupting the business and wouldn't let [redacted] take customers as he was trying to reach the manager which he did. That was the reason he called the police as 5 people left the line and she went from one cash register to another stopping him from helping customers. She yelled at the manager stating, "I need my fking money back." He told her not to use profane language, will check the video and give her the information of the person who took her gas and she can file a police report.We feel she owes [redacted], the manager an apology for her behavior. Site has been in business 17 years and never a complaint like this. [redacted] didn't know who took her gas as he was alone helping customers inside the mart. Everybody knows including her that any fuel you don't pump the dollar amount which in this case is $15 goes back on your credit card.
