OneClick Cleaners

I've had dry cleaners in the past that have broken buttons off of shirts and not mentioned anything, but OneClick Cleaners took it to a new levelOne a single delivery, of my shirts had 2-broken buttons eachOf course they didn't say a wordI let it slide because the convenience of the location is really goodEvery delivery since has had little problemsOnce I did complain about buttons missing and they started replacing them with wrong color thread! These are pretty strange things to encounter, I would think any person would see the fault in these actions
On my most recent delivery, there was a very nice shirt that was a gift in my pileIt was returned to me with RIPS in the shirtIt is absolutely ruined and very obvious that it was destroyedI thought the reason we dry clean is because wash is too harsh on nicer materials, yet here I've had an unbelievable amount of damage to my clothesTo destroy a shirt like this and not say anything to the custome

They are unreliable and uncooperative and do not doc the job they profess to do
