Whether you’re rooting, unrooting, or repairing Android, we will not damage your device or your data in any way. If we cannot safely root your device, we’ll provide a full refund. Guaranteed." 24/7 Root Support for Your Android I attempted to use the service on several occasions and even attempted to contact the company through their "chat now" service which was not available to speak with a person at the time. I then continued to send several emails regarding this matter which were answered in an untimely manner. The service was not provided.Desired Settlement: A refund

Review: Purchased this online to root phone, claiming a "ONECLICKROOT". this is not the case, my phone was not supported gave me an error message that it could not be completed. It then said that they would need to remote access my computer to complete the root. So after I got that message I decided that was not a good idea, I emailed them 3 time to get a refund for a misleading product name "One click root" not the case. I would just like to get a refund.Desired Settlement: One Click Root should refund me for a misleading product. Asking me to have remote access to my computer and information is also not ideal.

Review: This company provides 'root' software services for android mobile phones. The site claims it supports Samsung Note 2 for tmobile, but the product is faulty. Product is defective and it appears it may be a scam. Several other customers have posted on their site for the same phone, claiming it doesn't work (about 10 people or so). Review: Went to there site to download a program to root a samsung s3 android smart phone. Downloaded and failed to install gave error code [redacted] . All this company's phone numbers on there site oneclickroot.com are bogus, they either send you to a comcast phone number or someone trying to sell a gift card. there is no way to reach there help tech. it wants to send you somewhere else and get more money to resolve problem but they have no connection to the company.........In short I spent 29.95 on my charge and cant get my money back! order number [redacted] said my charge account was charged by [redacted]Desired Settlement: website either needs to correct their information or completely close their website since it appears the product is defective. Someone has called me, however it is not clear who it was. The money spent was returned but the company is still operating the same. The website takes you somewhere else. And you can not contact them directly. In short, Money returned, problems with website and contacts not resolved.
