This company is horrible trying to say I owe them dollars when I cancelled an account I never even knew I had people are rude and will not help there an overseas company

The business stated that I tried to contact them via phone, I never said that or triedI even mentioned in my complaint that they have no phone number to contactThere was nothing telling me when I signed up that this was a special and that I would eventually have to pay or I would have never signed upWhen I received my letter in the mail I then went to send them an email, which every email they sent went to my junk or spam folder, which was then not seenThis has happened to too many customers and you can do an Internet search that says "one.com scam" and find multiple people complaining about the same issueThis is extremely poor business that they are trying to conduct.

We are very sorry to see you are not satisfied with the service we have provided.Our servers are very secure but we are not able to protect you against insecure scripts that you choose to use yourself.In your specific case you have used a *** plugin that is known for having security issues
This plugin was hacked and we told you to delete itIn the meantime we suspended the services to protect our servers.Unfortunately, you choose to use the same plugin again a few weeks later and then the same thing happened.We are not responsible for any third party scripts that are used by customersWe just provide the servers for you to put your scripts on.So we will not be able to fix your website for youWe can just guide you on the way which we are more than happy to do.Furthermore if you are not happy with the service provided we will gladly refund you the full amount paid.Please get in touch with us to we can find a suitable solution

When a customers signs up at One.com they read and accept our Terms & Conditions. In these Terms & Conditions it is clear that the customer has to cancel at least 30 days before renewal if they do not wish to renew."1. Subscription:Subscription periods last for 12 months at a time. 30 days before a 12-month subscription period, the subscription is automatically prolonged, unless the subscription is cancelled as stated in section 1.6. "https://www.one.com/en/terms-and-conditionsFurthermore we also email the customer 60 days before renewal to let them not they need to cancel if they do not wish to renew.Unfortunately, this customer did not contact us until after the actual renewal had happened. So we of course thought that the customer wanted the renewal since no other information was given.

Hi,Last year we ran a offer for the first year of the subscription for free. Customers should then cancel before the renewal date if they did not want to continue with their subscription for another year. This is also stated when a customer signs up for a subscription and in the Terms &...

Conditions which they agree to when signing up. https://[redacted] was one of those customers that took this offer and started a subscription at One.com.On Feb. 20, 2016 we sent her a notice that se had to cancel before March 20, 2016 if she did not want to to renew her subscription for another year.She correctly contacted us to cancel on March 18, 2016 and we then asked her to confirm the cancellation via a link we sent to her email. Unfortunately, she did not confirm the cancellation before March 20, 2016 so the subscription was renewed. The correspondance can be seen here: https://[redacted]Since then she has contacted us several times. Each time we have asked her to cancel the subscription but she unfortunately have not cancelled yet.https:/[redacted]https://[redacted]https://[redacted]Furthermore, [redacted] says that se called us to cancel. We do not provide contact by phone and we do not accept cancellations over phone since we are not able to veridy the customer correctly.We have no records of her call.As you can see we really have tried to help her cancel in due time but she did not complete the required cancellation process. She will need to pay the outstanding invoices but she is still able to terminate her account so she will not be a customer at One.com any longer.
