decision was the result of the insured's loss experienceIn May, we contacted Ms*** to advise her of the insurance earner's intentionsWe also contacted the carrier directly to see if there was an opportunity to continue coverageUnfortunately, the carrier's decision was to continue with the non-renewal of the insured's policy at the end of the current policy term and a formal notice of non-renewal was issued to the insured on June 16, in accordance with policy termsCoverage ceased effective August 3, 2015, at the end of the policy termWe explored other markets and carriers to secure coverage for Ms***'s residenceUnfortunately, available markets were limitedWe were, however, able to find a carrier willing to offer coverage for Ms*** and her residenceThis information was communicated to Ms*** on July 21, and a copy of our letter to the Ms*** is attachedAs we have not heard from Ms***, we have not put coverage in place for her residenceWe are ready to place coverage for Ms*** and her residence as outlined in our letter from July 21, if she so desiresAs outlined in our letter, if Ms*** wishes, to pursue this coverage, she should advise us accordingly in order that we may have coverage put in effectWe trust this satisfies the information you were looking for in your letterIf you need additional information, please do not hesitate to contact meSincerely, David CS., CPCU Personal Lines Manager ONEGROUP Bailey & Haskell Insurance
