There are no phone sales. All transactions are made on-line, just as when you made your purchase. You made your purchase on-line. Exchanges are time sensitive and is stated on-line. Sales associates are available and can be contacted 24 hours a day @ www.oneidasuzuki.com  To say you couldn't reach someone means you did not try or make any attempt. The contact us link is always listed at the top of every page you view on the web site. As with any return or exchange they are time sensitive this is stated in the listing, during check out and on-line in the terms and conditions. Once that time frame passes the item is no longer eligible.

They said if I need to exchange for size call them and they would do it. I called them back to back the same day and no one would answer. I did this for the next several days. ( I got the phone bills to prove it!!)  Regards,
