We had a great experience dealing with O'Neill's. We were a start up brewery and their staff helped us every step of the way with site selection, business plans, brewing system equipment configuration, helping us obtain equipment financing, great engineering support with scaled layouts, utility and piping drawings, and then on-site installation, start up and training. Not only did we get every piece of equipment we ordered we got extra accessories and spare parts with the system. We would highly recommend O'Neill's !
Review: I entered into a contract with [redacted], owner of O'Neill Brewing and Equipment company on 12.31.2013 with an written claim that the purchased equipment would be delivered with 50 days of signed contract and deposit paid. The equipment finally arrived on May 8, 2014. Parts were missing and immediately called [redacted] to inform him. My parts were shipped to another location. On May 15, 2014 the part arrived and we installed the missing part. Once installed, we noticed that we were still missing (2) critical parts required for proper and safe operations of the equipment. The parts consist of:1) [redacted] 2 Safety Valve2) [redacted] 0-60 pressure gauge with special compression nut.Without these valves, during the cleaning process, hot water and caustic chemicals spray throughout the brewery exposing us to very hot, harmful chemicals. We currently have a gasket, tape, and hose clamp to stop the leak, but the amount of pressure required to clean the tanks still cause a small amount of spray to exit the make-shift patch. [redacted] claims to have a freight claim in which he has had months to resolve. On August 5, 2014 he emailed the following statement: "You have been perfectly free to buy replacement valves to solve your issues. I made it clear to you that I was putting in an insurance claim but there is no guarantee is will be approved..... "I informed [redacted] via email that I would file a complaint with the Revdex.com if he does not resolve this matter by the end of the week. August 8, 2014. [redacted] failed to respond.Desired Settlement: I demand receiving the missing parts as described and contracted above or a certified check refund for 10% of the cost of purchased tank $1,550.00.
