Review: We returned a swimsuit top and realized after it was shipped that the post office didn't give us tracking info that could be tracked online. I was able to call the post office and get a verbal confirmation that the item had been delivered, but the company doesn't seem to want to call to verify the item was delivered. Now they won't respond to any emails. Below is the email that was sent to O'Neill on 4/1/15. We have received no response. I also attached the receipt from the post office with the tracking information. The main post office said that they will give a verbal confirmation, if the company calls. The tracking # is [redacted]

Hi,

We have tried several times to have you check on the arrival of the swimsuit top that was returned to you on 2/23/15. I had mailed the package back for my daughter, [redacted] and had asked for tracking at the post office. It wasn't until later that I learned that the post office didn't charge me for tracking. I was told to call the main Post Office in Bozeman, MT and have them check on the package. They confirmed that the package was delivered on 2/23/15 at 11:25am. The tracking # that is on the attached receipt is valid, but you have to call the local post office and they will give you a verbal confirmation. They can be reached at [redacted]. I know that this is not the normal way to do things, but it is valid. The post office was at fault for not processing the item the way that I had requested otherwise this wouldn't be an issue. Can you please contact the post office, get the verbal confirmation of the return and credit my daughter's card? If you have any questions, please contact me.

She did return the 2nd top and it was processed correctly by the post office and she received credit for that shipment.

However, I have invesitgated this matter and pleased to confirm that we have received the return in our warehouse this past week and have issued the full credit due on04.23.15.
