I have personally spoken to Mrs. [redacted] last Friday. I called her yesterday to make a resolution with her as well but, there was no answer. I just spoke with her about 10 minutes ago and we have an appointment tomorrow at 3:30pm in my office to go from the Ford to a Honda Civic. At this time...

Review: Bottom line Honda O'neill sold us a used 2012 Ford Focus knowing it had two Field Service Actions against it. Tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with car after I had been driving it for a week and noticed a jerking sensation. Honda O'neill finally agreed to have Ford look at car and it was discovered the Transmission Control Module, and the Clutch Shutter Input Shaft Seal needed to be replaced. Honda gave us a loaner car for two weeks told us to bring loaner car back and get a different one only to find out that they wanted me to drive the Ford until the parts came in. I was upset but they refused to give me loaner car. I called Ford Corp they arranged for a loaner car free of charge. I went over Car contract and noticed they charged me for things that were to be no charge to me. I was charged a Dealer Admin Fee that should only be charged if the car is a brand new car which of course this one wasn't. I called the bank where the car was financed and explained to them I had purchased a car and my payment was due and hadn't even driven the car for more than a week so they arranged for my first payment to be postponed for a month. After going through all of this I looked at the situation and found everyone but Honda O'neill to be sympathetic & accomodating. In fact I found Honda O'neill's business ethics to be appaling from start to finish. My intelligence was insulted & I was lied to by the finance manager Mr. [redacted]. I was bullied, intimidated and also misled by the sales manager Mr [redacted]. Have been in contact with A Mr. Todd Long the General Manager of Honda and am still waiting for a response from him. He was due to call me on Friday May 29, 2015 with some kind of resolution. He did not call. Again they act as though I should just go away no regard what so ever. Thank you for your time [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like to wash my hands of this company at this time because I could never feel comfortable doing any kind of business with them due to the fact how I was treated. I would relinquish the car to them and would expect a refund of $2,000.00 that I put down towards the car payment. Nothing less would be acceptable at this point.
