Review: I went to O'Neill Outdoor Power Equipment to have my riding Lawnmower fixed. They said I needed a new engine I agreed I wrote hi a check in the amount of $1100.00 ck#[redacted] Dated 11/*/2011. I went in the spring and picked up the mower to start cutting grass, I ran it twice and I notice it was burning oil. So I brought it back, he said he would fix it, because it was his fault. Well I been waiting and waiting for my mower, The mechanic he has told me that all he is waiting for the parts from the boss. Well after going for 3 weeks, he called me to come get my mower. Well it is not working, he never fixed to problem, because its doing the same thing, As I was leaving he told me if there is something wrong DON"T COME BACK!!!. I don't think he was fair, money is tight for everyone.Desired Settlement: I would like my riding mower fixed the right way or give me a refund.

This customer had a mower that needed a complete overhaul. After extensive attempts in locating extinct parts ,which took quite some time, we did complete the job to customer's satisfaction. Unfortunately it took longer than expected in the customer's view, but he is taken care of as we completed the job.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here] I can understand that it took a while to get the parts, but they never once said they were having trouble getting the parts and that's why it took so long. My mower was in there shop from the winter to the spring when I needed it the most and it was still apart and not worked on. In my opinion they had enough time to get the parts,but the didn't. When it was time to go get my mower they gave me the run around, one time it was still in storage, second time the mechanic said he is waiting for the parts and it was still in storage, third time the secretary said that the owner was not here he will call me, fourth time the same , then I started getting upset, because the mower was still not together. Then the next day they called and said to pick up the mower, I went there and he said " its done and we have nothing else to do with this mower". Well the mower still leaks oil and they did not properly fix it. I paid them $ 1100.00 dollars and I feel that my mower should of been fixed right and I should of did disrespected, I am a consumer and deserved to be treated with respect.
