Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: they have not contacted me since I notified them of my issue.  As far as the bill that I signed It only states that I received the materials and services described on the invoice.  If they had told me of the total price of the service or had been reasonably close I would not be using so much of my personal time filing the complaint. I expected better things from this company.  I know that I will not get a refund however I don't think that a company with business practices like this deserves a high rating on the Revdex.comSincerely,[redacted]

I'm sorry you feel this way regarding your project. Our office made it very clear that the price we quoted was for materials only. Our labor charges have always been by the half hour. As you recall, we installed the same toilet for you 18 months ago, and the material charges were only $45 less than...

this visit, and labor was additional then as well. Our Parts Manager, [redacted] did reach out to you after your initial call, to offer an apology as well as a discount on your bill. Unfortunately this was not sufficient for you. Also, when the service was completed, the invoice was signed and paid in full without any questions or concerns regarding the final cost.
