I would not recommend renting with O'Neill Properties! This company is very rude and unprofessional. They don't respond to maintenance requests. No one in the office knows what the other is doing. Upon my leaving, I put in my notice, talk weeks later I was contacted by the administrative assistant asking what were my plans on resigning. I advised that my request had already been put in. Then she advised that I come down to the office to fill out paperwork, that I was leaving. I went down to the office to only be advised by someone else in the office that my info was right there on the computer and I didn't have to come to the office. So that caused me top have to make unnecessary trip out of my way. Upon move out, during my walk through, I was told that they don't charge for normal wear and tear, yet I'm being charged $150 to repaint three little spots, that is supposed to be considered normal wear and tear. I'm also bring charged for the cable satellite being in the yard, after I had advised that they were coming to remove it, because it wasn't gone before the walk through, I have to pay for it. And it had taken OVER A WEEK for me to receive the REMAINDER of my deposit back. On top of all that, I was charged two months rent as a deposit, for them to now come back and put all these ridiculous charges. I've never been treated so bad and charged so much for some mess! And now everyone is catching all sorts of attitudes when I call. I've received attitudes since October 1, when I moved out on September 30.

My roommates and I just moved into a rental located in Nashville, TN. There are so many issues we are having with the place, that I am in need of your assistance. The reason I say this is because the property manager is not helping us. So I am hoping that your main office will intervene because they are part of your company. The issues range from the entire place not being cleaned before we moved in, a toilet that does not work at all which leaves us with only one bathroom for all of us, a refrigerator that was just brought in but is entirely filthy, Windows that we cannot open because they were painted shut, plus other problems which I will detail all of them for you if you would like. We have already tried filing the paperwork to this office, but they have done absolutely nothing, plus wehave been in there for almost a month and these issues remain. We are looking into seeing if we can break our lease and leave. But we really don't want to and are hoping someone at your main office can help us. The property manager located on Dickerson Pike in Nashville is not resolving any of our issues.
