I spoke with customer a few weeks ago. He voiced his frustration regarding his repair specifically quality issues and the length of the total repair. I thought all of his concerns had been addressed at that time. I am reviewing complaint with Body Shop and will respond in more detail next...

Review: I am not happy with the practices of this dealership. I question their integrity and workmanship as well as their used car inspection practices.I purchased a used car from this business. When I purchased it I knew there was no warranty attached to the car and I was fine with that because I planned on buying my own. Three months after purchase I decided to change my brakes and rotors on the vehicle due to the rotors being warped. When my mechanic started the change, he could not get to the brakes due to the tires having locks on them. I checked all over the car and trunk but no wheel lock. I called the dealership (it was a Saturday afternoon) and spoke with a manager. He told me the service department was closed and to come to the dealership on Monday. While I was at the dealership I was told the wheel locks would come in about three hours from the time I arrived. I requested non locking lug nuts on the tires for the time being and the locking lug nuts be sent to my home for later installation. Its been three weeks no locking lug nuts sent to my home.I have spoken to the service department and was told that they were on their way several times. I asked if the car was inspected before I purchased it but got a yes but no answers to my specific question, like were the brakes and tires inspected.Desired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: No settlement requested - for

O'Neill's Chevrolet Buick enjoys a very good reputation in the market place. Our record with the Revdex.com and MVD are in excellant standing. In our dealings with Ms. [redacted] we fell short in one area. After our initial safety inspection and detail we did not return the wheel lock key to the vehicle. Three months after the purchase when Ms. [redacted] attempted to have her brakes inspected the wheel lock wrench was not in the vehicle and her technician was unable to remove the wheels. After learning of our mistake with the wheel locks we immediately oredred the necessary parts. As soon as the parts arrived we hand delivered to the client. We certainly apologized for our mistake. During our safety inspection we found the front and rear brakes to meet the required standard for brake pads. The pads had 7 mils or more of pad material at the time of inspection. The tires also met the standards neceesary for tires.The vehicle was sold "As Is" but is in fact a quality product and offers a good value. Hopefully the client is satisfied at this point and will receive great service from the vehicle.
