We did not receive any invoices from Oneiro subsequent to January when we received Invoice It would be interesting to see proof of the invoices Oneiro claimed to have sent that we never received
Further, in ongoing conversations with *** ***, our POC at Oneiro, he never mentioned any past due invoices or any problem associated with paymentFinally, Oneiro had never sent invoices on a standard schedule
There were several discussions, and there is an extensive email thread, and our telephone logs, of discussions that reflect poor or incomplete work
If Oneiro sent a notice on April XX XXXX as stated above, we did not receive it
A question I would have for Oneiro is if in fact they were trying to collect for services they say were provided, why would they refuse to return any calls, respond to any emails, or cut off any further discussion, and then claim that we did not respond?
Separate from this, as discussed in the above referenced emails, the quality of the work provided did not meet their quality requirements in the contract AND there was continual rework and omissions of tasked requirements...again, documented in the email threads
It was our inference that no invoices were sent after #because Oneiro understood the quality of the provided work did not meet contractual quality standards and there were several open and omitted tasks items to correct
Finally, our contact *** *** was dealing with family issues that impacted his ability to deliver quality work on timeWe were quite flexible and understanding about this situation
It was clear from the support provided that our contract was a very small effort that did not seem to demand their attention
At this point, due to costs of having to transfer our support contract to another capable provider, we are still in a loss situation
Finally, we have asked that our testimonial be taken off their website several timesThis testimonial was provided earlier before they neglected our accountThis demand remains in effectRecently though, their website had been shut down due to compliance issues according to the server provider so in the event that it comes back up, we do not expect to see our testimonial online

Based on the Xcel attachment, Oneiro did not propose a resolution, they just uploaded a spreadsheet
As presented, there is no way to verify the hours represented by Oneiro as having been completed
The communication history with Oneiro including unreturned calls reflects uncompleted work and work not completed to requirements
Pending any new information, we are writing off the expense of changing hosting providers due to Oneiro non-performance
In addition, checking Oneiro Media's website, they no longer appear with a valid URL
