I absolutely love this laser
I absolutely love this laser. And for the record, I have four other lasers, none of which are OneLaser. If I had the funds, I would replace several of the other lasers I have with OneLaser. Tech support is fantastic and quick to respond, material quality is great. Murphy in sales and Shawn in tech support are great! Ease of operation is first rate and the machine is fast! Shipping was quick and the laser was extremely well packed. Took two of us to lift the ‘desktop’ laser to the top of the table but that is okay as it confirms the thing is made solid with good quality metal.

The Hydra is absolutely amazing
My last laser was pretty bad. It had trouble staying aligned, made cuts that weren't always straight, and didn't give me much help when things went wrong. It felt like a reset when I switched to the Hydra 9. Delivery went smoothly, setting up was easy, and when I had a question, someone actually picked up the phone and helped me fix it right away. I didn't think I needed the dual-laser feature, but now I use it all the time for cutting and engraving in one workflow. It's been about two months, and for the first time, I'm sure I can handle bigger, more complicated projects without worrying about whether the machine will be able to keep up.

Poor Quality and Terrible Customer Service
I regret purchasing from OneLaser. The product arrived late, and when it did, it was clearly of poor quality. It broke within a few days of use, and when I contacted their support team, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. The return process was a nightmare, and I ended up losing money. Save yourself the trouble and avoid OneLaser at all costs.

Extremely Disappointed with OneLaser
I had high hopes for OneLaser based on their marketing, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The product I received was defective and didn’t work as advertised. When I reached out to customer support, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. It took weeks to get a resolution, and even then, the issue wasn’t fully resolved. The overall experience was frustrating and a waste of time and money. I wouldn’t recommend OneLaser to anyone.
