*** *** is on our schedule for service to be provided to them to address their concerns on Monday, September We have been in communication with them regarding the schedule and they are more than happy to allow us another opportunity
to complete the repairs and attempt to resolve the issues at hand
There have been several personnel changes in the OneLawn organization over the last year and unfortunately their complaint was being reviewed by management to determine the best approach for the repair but had not been determined for the end result prior to receiving the notice from Revdex.com

*** *** and another "team member" came out to inspect the lawn on 9/14/Unfortunately he had no intention of repairing the lawn, which we were led to believe would happen based on *** ***'s email of 8/24/and *** conversation with us on 9/1/when he called to set up the appointment to repair the lawn
After spending a few hours of sweeping the lawn with a power broom and viewing the results, Victor came to the conclusion that he thought the discoloration was caused by reflected light from the solar panels on our roof
First of all, we have solar panels on that side of the house which extend from one end of the house to the otherIf reflection were the cause, the entire lawn would be affected, not one narrow (20' x 3') strip of grass
Secondly, this on-going problem was brought to Onelawn's attention several times during the first months after installation all Winter and Spring months when there was limited to no reflection probability from the solar panels
After discussing the on-going discoloration problem with me, *** indicated that he thought that the lawn should be replacedHe said that he would return to the office to discuss the problem and would get back to me later today
