We have been in business for over a decade and we can assure you that if you have purchased a product which is 18k we can prove it that it's 18k. This purchase was made months ago there was no mentions of customer not being happy with the product until nowThere is no warranty
purchased on this product but we will still accommodate this issue and make a brand new ring for the customer at no extra chargePlease bring by the product and we will remake a new oneThank you for your business at Exotic Diamonds

We are happy to help out this customer by either offering an even exchange for another ring, watch, gold, or anything in our store that they may like. Our company policy states they customer has 7 days to exchange but we will honor an exchange in order to make sure this customer is satisfied.  Thank you, Exotic Diamonds

Hi,Mr. [redacted] had purchased this ring from us for his wife, he wanted to surprise her with a beautiful ring. He was very pleased with the price and the purchase of the ring and was also issued a receipt because Synchrony bank does not allow us to have the customer leave the store without signed...

receipts which we have also provided to Synchrony because the customer made the same complaint to them. We can assure you that all the products sold in this store are authentic and have stamps inside the rings etc. whether they are 10k,14k or 18k. The ring that Mr. [redacted] has purchased is 14k white  gold and was brought back to the store to size and to be exchanged for yellow gold instead. We worked with Mr. [redacted] 100% and had told him we would call him when the other ring came in. A week later we got a letter from Synchrony bank stating that the customer wants a refund and was not issued a receipt, we have faxed over signed copies of the purchase and also have spoken to Synchrony bank about this and they have supported us 100% because without notifying the store and without the store accepting the ring back as a refund a refund cannot be issued. The yellow gold ring has been here for over some weeks now and we have not heard anything back from the customer. We have worked with the customer during the time of purchase and also after the purchase when they wanted to exchange it for a yellow gold. We think we have given all the service we can to the customer and won't be able to issue a refund.
