We received an email from the business filing the complaint on 8/8/stating they are planning to terminate services with OneNet USAWe responded to let us know for sure when they want the services terminated as we did not want to turn off
their Internet services prior to them having new services in placeWe didn't receive a reply so we continued providing services and the September 1, invoice was sent to the business filing the complaintThey then contacted us stating the services should be disconnected as of 8/8/We then credited the account for the company filing the complaint back to 8/8/and provided a statement of accountThey replied with their own statement which had a discrepancy as they showed a payment we did not have on fileWe are awaiting confirmation from them on a cashed check for the payment they stated was madeThey had a previously bounced check so we need proof of that check being cashed before we can close out the account
OneNet USA never persuaded company filing the complaint to order servicesWe provide a quote, which they accepted and executed and services were installedThe company filing the complaint had problems with their network router which OneNet USA did not supplyOneNet USA technicians came on site three different times to troubleshoot the problem and each time stated the issue was with their network routerFinally the customer filing the complaint replaced the router and they no longer had any issues with their network connection
The customer filing the complaint was commonly late in payment and we never charged a finance charge to this customerWe also did not bill the customer filing the complaint for the multiple tech trips to the customer site to troubleshoot their local network and router that we did not manage or charge for
