I am worried about fraudulent activity on a website I used to file my tax returns. I have been charged with no product to show, and NO customer servicI filed my 2013 federal and state income tax return on this website. http://www.onepricetaxes.com/ The website offers to e-file both federal and state returns for one low price of 24.95. After entering all my personal information to file my returns, I submitted my payment of $24.95. $49.90 was deducted from my credit card! I have NOT been able to view either of my tax returns or get a copy, because the link on the website does not work. I have sent 3 emails and made one phone call to this company, and they have not replied.I want to be assured that I have NOT been scammed, that my private information has not been breached. I want copies of my tax returns and a refund of $24.95. I ALSO want a question about my state tax return answered. The website's "help" link says "Sorry, we're not here right now but your question is important to us. Please drop us an e-mail and we'll get back to you sooner than 1 biz day." I have sent 3 emails to them, and its been 48 hours with NO REPLY. I called and left one voice message at their customer service phone# (877).218.5044. Their automated message is the same as the website message "Sorry, we're not here right now but your question is important to us. Please drop us an e-mail and we'll get back to you sooner than 1 biz day." This is VERY upsetting to me, (in this day and age with identity theft such a huge problem)that I have not received a response from this company to be reassured it is even legitimate or that my personal information hasn't been breached. Desired SettlementI WANT TO BE CONTACTED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE, COPIES OF MY TAX RETURN AND BE REFUNDED MY OVERCHARGEFinal Consumer Response /[redacted]/My main concern that prompted this complaint has been satisfied, which was to be reassured company was legitimate, that my personal identity was safe, and customer service was available for my problem. I would have not placed a complaint with Revdex.com if they had responded to me within 24 hours. My inquiry was finally acknowledged via email on 1/30/13. They refunded my overcharge, and apologized for not replying to me within the time frame of "1 biz day" advertised, due to larger than usual volume of business. I still, however have been able to view my completed tax forms. The link on their website is not working.

My tax preparer submitted my taxes online to onepricetaxes.com on Jan 20. On her end before she pressed send (and every time thereafter) my bank routing and account information are correct. We think that everything is fine. The Irs has received my taxes and my return will be sent to my bank by Jan 30, 2015. If not received by Feb 4 contact my bank to make sure it has been received. Feb 4 arrives and I still have yet to receive my return. I go to the Nevada Irs department to find out what the issue is and somehow during transmission from onepricetaxes.com to the irs my bank information was jumbled. a routing number that coincides with a Citizen Banking company out of Sandusky, oh and the account number is a series a numbers with my social at the end. The Irs agent informs me there is nothing they can do because on their end they did their job and sent the return out properly. so my return is in a bank that does not even exist in Nevada and I have no way of finding out where my money because I do not have an existing account with this bank. SO I have been sending emails and leaving voicemails with this company and they replied to one email to tell me there is no 3rd party involved it gets transmitted directly from them to the irs. the irs is not allowed to change any information. so the only explanation is something went wrong during transmission. No one will contact me to offer up any information and my return is in some bank somewhere who knows someone from this company might have had it wired into a dummy account for them to retrieve later. I just want to know where my money is. the lack of customer service from this company is outstanding. they don't have a phone number on their site. Complaint4 emails and 2 phone calls not responded to. Charged for service but service not completed correctly. Tax return invalid due to their failings.I used the onepricetaxes.com website to complete a joint tax return for my husband and I. I filled out all of the required fields and payed the fee. Once the fee was payed I was given a link to review my tax return before it was filed. After reviewing the return it was apparent that a number of the fields had not been completed with the answers I had provided. Things such as our Pennsylvania residency box was not ticked on our PA 40 along with the box indicating we were filing jointly. There were a number of fields left blank and no option to fill them in myself even though I had already provided this information to onepricetaxes. I did not feel comfortable filing the return until I knew for a fact that these required fields would be completed. I emailed onepricetaxes.com through the contact section of their website on 02/02/2014 expressing my concerns. Their website states they will respond within 24 hours, I have received no response. Since this initial email I have sent 3 further emails, the most recent on 02/10/2014, none of which have been responded to. I have also made 2 phone calls which both went directly to voicemail, I left messages with my contact details and neither call has been responded to. I checked my credit card statement and I have already been charged for this service yet my tax return has not been completed correctly and I have not received any assistance or acknowledgement from onepricetaxes.comDesired SettlementI am not seeking out a refund for the service I am simply looking for onepricetaxes to contact me in order to complete my tax return properly. I want to have the forms filled out correctly and feel confident that the return is as it should be and will not lead to me having issues with IRS when it is filed. I have paid for a service to file my tax return and that is what I want to do. Note that you also have the option of printing out your pdfs, adding additional information, and mailing the return into the tax authorities if you are not satisfied with the look of the pdf forms.As a courtesy we have refunded you the amount you paid for this year's service. Please allow 3-5 business days for this refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.Again, we are here to assist you in anyway necessary.
