OneSource Claims Management Solutions

This business deserves 0 stars. This has been the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The communication between this One Source Claims Management Solutions and individuals with claims is almost non-existent. It took an entire month to just get in contact with the claims analyst assigned to my claim. It has now been two months since my accident and my simple claim has still not been completed. I called/emailed my assigned claims analyst almost daily in attempt to make contact and complete this process in a reasonable timeframe and she provided little to no response. After multiple non-returned calls, I was finally able to contact the claims analyst manager to discuss my concerns with the timeframe and lack of communication. The manager expressed his "sympathy" for my experience but offered no assistance/solution for my concerns. To all who have to deal with this company, I am truly sorry, but you have a very long and very frustrating road ahead. Your best bet, get a lawyer. If your experience is anything like mine, you will need one.

I cannot get in contact with the insurance adjuster despite many calls, voicemail and email. It is taking too long to resolve my claim.
