Review: We closed on a house at the end of December using One Source Title as the Title company. They were instructed to send us a monthly "Use and Occupancy" check from the escrow account for the original homeowners are staying in the home for the next few months. We are yet to receive a check for the remaining days in December and for the month of January when we have contacted Andrew P[redacted] via email inquiring where the check is. Our lawyer as well has contacted Andrew to confirm that he was going to mail out the monthly rent due and they too have not yet gotten a response from him. We have monthly mortgage payments and taxes that are due on our new home which were to be covered with this money. We are now being forced to lay out our own money not to be delinquent on our end. This is unacceptable and will be escalated to legal action if not rectified immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like the escrow account turned over immediately to my Attorney [redacted] to administer and distribute the money from the escrow fund.
