Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI talked to one of the representatives last night at onesupport.comI couldn't speak to Gordon because I get off at 3:and he gets off at threeThey said that they are not connected to onesupportme.com which Onesupportme.com said that they were and that onesupport.com is filing a lawsuit against oneupportme.comI would like to ask if they wish to have a local police person in Kansas take a look at my computer and see if they can connect the hacking to onesupportme.comMaybe, this could help the lawsuit against that companyI can't call Gordon because our schedules conflict as far as timing goesIf you could relay this message to them, that would be greatI am sorry that I was given the wrong information by the scammers but maybe this may help catch themNancy Nichols

I talked to one of the representatives last night at onesupport.com. I couldn't speak to Gordon because I get off at 3:30 and he gets off at three. They said that they are not connected to onesupportme.com  which Onesupportme.com said that they were and that onesupport.com is filing a lawsuit against oneupportme.com. I would like to ask if they wish to have a local police person in Kansas take a look at my computer and see if they can connect the hacking to onesupportme.com. Maybe, this could help the lawsuit against that company. I can't call Gordon because our schedules conflict as far as timing goes. If you could relay this message to them, that would be great.
