I Purchased a Onetesla TS kit from one teslaWhen the package arrived the interrupter in the kit did not have all the correct resistors needed to complete the assembly, so after a trip to the electronic store I was able to get the missing resistor and assemble the interrupter and have it working properlyThen I moved on to assembling the tesla coil and ran into several issues thereI've tried to contact the company through multiple avenues such as email, phone, and [redacted] , all with no responseIt clearly states that technical support is available by phone or emailWith all of that being said I paid nearly dollars for a machine that I can't get to functionI would have been happy to purchase replacement parts from them, but at this point with the complete lack of customer service I'm not certain I even want to do business with them

I wouldn’t agree with this ratingThe product I purchased was less than satisfactoryFirst the secondary coil was damaged upon deliverySecond, two interrupter boards were non functional for two different reasonsThird, the product was shipped incompleteI had to ask for parts missing from the ***Furthermore, as I worked on the build I continued to find missing parts or improperly packed partsWhen I asked for a refund I was told noI was to told to spend more money to ship the product back so they can look at itI wouldn’t recommend this group to anyoneIf I could, I would not provide any stars

I am extremely impressed with the professionally designed model TS kitI have been involved with constructing very large Tesla coils for many years and find this compact solid-state design of the highest quality! The customer service support continues to be most impressive without exceptionI highly recommend this unique and well designed product

At first, I was disappointed, but oneTesla pulled throughThe product I received was unpolishedSeveral aspects of the kit did not work as intended, or were not packaged as clearly as I would have hopedUltimately, the kit I received was not ready for saleThat said, when I contacted oneTesla explaining my issues, there was no hesitation on their part to try to make my situation rightI was reimbursed for all additional expenses I had made in personal repairs for the kit, and they replaced everything I needed with better designed elements to get the product working correctlyThis is exceptional and is deeply appreciatedWorking out the issues did take time, howeverAfter about a year and several iterations and improvements, I believe that I now have the product I paid forThough I did expect the product to arrive with the functionality it has currently, I'm thrilled with the customer service and am deeply satisfied with the product I now have
